Customer’s Proprietary Rights
You own and retain all rights to the Customer Materials and Customer Data. This Agreement does not grant us any ownership rights to Customer Materials or Customer Data. You grant permission to us to use Customer Materials and Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Subscription Service and Consulting Services to you and as otherwise permitted by this Agreement. If you are using the Subscription Service or receiving Consulting Services on behalf of another party, then you represent and warrant that you have all sufficient and necessary rights and permissions to do so.
Limits on Followup CRM App
We will not use, or allow anyone else to use, Customer Data to contact any individual or company except as you direct or otherwise permit. We will use Customer Data only in order to provide the Subscription Service and Consulting Services to you and only as permitted by applicable law and this Agreement.
2. Log Data
When you visit our website, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. This may include your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, and other technical details.
3. Device Data
We may also collect data about the device you’re using to access our website or applications. This may include device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, device settings, and geo-location data. The information collected depends on your device settings. 8. Followup CRM Outlook Add-In
If you use the Outlook integration, the Subscription Service may access information associated with your Outlook account, including contacts, emails, calendar details, body content, subject lines, and tracked link URLs. The system scans email content only to support user-selected tracking features and notifications. Replies, outgoing mail, email headers, subject lines, distribution lists, aliases, timestamps, and message bodies may be stored to support collaboration within your Subscription.
9. Gmail Integration & Google API Data Usage
Purpose of Gmail Integration
The Gmail integration is used to sync email activity into Followup CRM so users can track communication related to their projects, contacts, and bids. Similar to our Outlook integration, our Gmail integration only accesses data necessary to deliver these core communication and synchronization features.
Gmail Data Usage Requirements
The App will only use access to read, write, modify, or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails. We will not transfer Gmail data to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
The App will not use Gmail data for advertising purposes. The App will not allow humans to read Gmail data unless:
